QEPRA Annual General Meeting 2017 - 2018

The QEPRA AGM for 2017 - 2018 will be held on Tuesday 10th April 2018 at the QEP Centre, 7.30pm for 8pm start.

It's with pleasure that I can announce the QEPRA AGM for 2017-18.  I very much look forward to seeing you all on the 10th of April.

The agenda for the AGM will be as follows:

  • Update on the handover of the Management Company to the new Board of Directors.
  • Review a Resolution by residents concerning the winding up of QEPRA.
  • The future of the QEPRA Social Committee.
  • Short updates from the sub committees – gardening, infrastructure and communications.
  • Resident Question & Answer
  • AOB

If you would like to submit a Resolution on any matter, or have items for consideration in Any Other Business, please send them by email to [email protected] no later than Monday 1st April 2018.  Please note that each Resolution must have a proposer and a seconder.

  • Posted on Hazelvine website: www.hazelvine.com (log in to your account).
  • Distribution by Hazelvine to all homes and businesses in QEP.
  • Housing Association properties will receive the information from their Housing Association.
