From the QEP Gardening Committee:

Every year, the lawns on the estate are treated to reduce weeds and to feed the grass. In some previous years these treatments have not been very successful, partly due to adverse weather conditions.

The treatments nowadays are performed by our usual gardening contractor.  They are required by law to use protective clothing and equipment, but although this may look scary, please be assured that NONE of the treatments involve anything which harms humans, animals or beneficial insects.

When an area is being treated, signs will be put up asking people to avoid the area for a short time. Once the spray treatment is dry, the signs will be removed and the lawn area can be used as normal.  Please do your best to co-operate when the treatment is being done.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Anthem on [email protected]  or email: [email protected]

Thank you in advance for your co-operation.
