This portal is run by Anthem/Hazelvine Property Management. It is how to report issues around the estate that need attention to be repaired, replaced or investigated.
You will obtain an issue number which helps track progress of the issue and will be emailed updated throughout the process of it being resolved.
To register with Engage platform, you will just need your unique ID as printed on your service charge statement. This ID is already linked to the email address used when registering with Hazelvine/Anthem when you first bought the property.
Contact Anthem/Hazelvine support if you have issues registering or logging in to the engage portal.

When using the engage portal you will receive automatic updates as an issue is being resolved and is brought to the attention of the various committees as needed.

The gardening committee work with fellow residents, the property management company and gardeners to guide on all matters related to our communal gardens. Gardening committee volunteers help steer on longer term projects such as plant treatment, replacements, tree health and reviewing contractor work for our commual areas.
For issues with your own garden requests or tree pruning, these issues would be best submitted via the engage portal which get escalated to gardening if necessary. Feel free to contact us if you are having issues submitting an issue via the portal.
